Ahmed has over 8 years' experience in Clyde & Co LLP handling a wide-ranging matters, including advices and representation of various companies and government entities on variety of commercial, administrative, telecommunication, transportation and employment disputes. He also advises clients on Islamic Law (Shari'ah) and KSA laws and regulations. He represents clients before different courts including the Board of Grievances courts, Commercial Courts, Criminal Courts, Labour Committees/Courts and the General Court.

He also advises clients on incorporation, government contracts, telecommunication laws and regulations, several legal issues. Ahmed has also navigated several merger and acquisition projects and has been involved in high-level legal due diligences. His main areas of practice are disputes and advisory on Saudi laws and regulations.

In addition, Ahmed advices on on Customs laws, regulations and procedures. He also actively participating in acquisitions and IPO projects and performing limited/unlimited due diligences, including detailed reviews and commentary on constitutional documents and different type of contracts.
