Attieha is a passionate lawyer with an expertise in complex and technical disputes who implements pragmatic solutions to achieve her clients' needs and objectives. Her work is characterized by a professional rigour and an excellent attention to detail.

Attieha has been working at Clyde & Co since 2008. She represents several insurers with respect to insurance coverage disputes in construction. She also advises and represents professionals in construction and finance in the context of errors and omissions lawsuits. She regularly appears before Quebec Courts.

She is frequently invited as a speaker and is the author of several publications in different fields such as insurance, disciplinary law and procedure.

Attieha distinguishes herself by her involvement in various committees at Clyde (environment, social, conflict of interest), but also at the Quebec Bar (Salon Visez Droit and the Panorama and Justicia projects) and the Montreal Bar (Comité sur la diversité ethnoculturelle). She is a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal, the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and the Quebec Bar.

Attieha graduated from the University of Montreal and was the recipient of numerous scholarships. During her studies, Attieha was a research assistant for various professors and accomplished an internship with the Honourable André Rochon, former judge of the Court of Appeal.

In 2016, she was nominated as a finalist Lawyer of the year in the category of civil and commercial litigation at the Gala of the Young Bar of Montreal.
