Ben is listed as a leading construction lawyer in The International Who's Who of Construction Lawyers 2015. He has fourteen years' experience of providing transactional, claims and dispute advice on construction projects in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Iraq, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Libya, Djibouti, the Russian Federation and Australia. Ben has been based in the Arabian Gulf since 2009 and is also a practicing international arbitrator.
Ben holds Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Science degrees, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and a Diploma in International Arbitration. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia, and is a registered foreign lawyer in the United Kingdom. Ben is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
