Benedict (Ben) Idemundia focuses his litigation practice on commercial, product liability, aviation and aerospace, construction defect, general liability and subrogated recovery matters. His practice includes representing manufacturers, installers, suppliers, retailers and their insurers in disputes involving significant economic loss, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury and property damage. Ben has experience defending claims involving various products including fire suppression systems, water heating units, industrial pumps, tools and commercial siding products.    

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Ben worked on complex litigation matters involving construction defect claims, product liability claims, personal injury and contractual disputes. He has additional experience in handling matters involving motor vehicle collisions, workers compensation issues and subrogation rights.

Ben's diverse practice history provides him with a unique perspective when analyzing matters and developing a litigation strategy that will most efficiently and expediently achieve his clients' needs.
