Daniel’s principal practice areas are professional liability and civil litigation. He is also involved in insurance law matters with a particular interest in cyber-risk insurance.

Fluent in French, English and Arabic, Daniel is known for his drive, strong communication and leadership skills. His affinity for analysis allows him to bring a much-appreciated meticulousness to his files.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke. He joined Clyde & Co in 2016 as a marketing student intern while completing his MBA. Daniel distinguished himself academically and socially during his university career by participating in several committees and organizations such as Pro Bono Students Canada, MUN and the general law student’s association. His extensive involvement during his studies allowed him to develop solid organizational skills and a marked sense of professionalism.

Daniel is also a cooking enthusiast, and after work, he can be found in the kitchen preparing his next culinary creation.
