David's practice focuses on advising clients in the public, utility and private sectors on procurement law. He has wide experience in structuring major public sector works and services projects. David has particular expertise in large scale regeneration and infrastructure projects, including competitive dialogue and structuring transactions outside of the relevant regime.
He frequently advises on related public law and competition issues in procurement activity. His work includes advising on public sector trade, funding and investment models across PPP, PF2 and other sourcing or joint venture arrangements. In procurement disputes, David works strategically alongside our market-leading litigation team.
David is ranked in all major directories for procurement law and is a member of the Procurement Lawyers' Association. He speaks French and German.
