From Clyde & Co’s China offices Elliot now advises international clients on contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property (IP) matters, with a focus on strategic protection, exploitation, and enforcement of patents, trademarks, copyright as well as trade secrets. He advises on strategies for optimising IP portfolios across the Asia Pacific region, as well as cross-border patent, trade mark and copyright disputes.

He represents a number of Fortune 500 companies and other MNCs on China IP litigation and especially patent litigation. His expertise includes IP protection and enforcement in China and in the Asia-Pacific, especially IP and patent litigation and cross-border IP protection strategies, IP portfolio optimisation and monetisation strategies.
