Eric Moon's practice focuses on the representation of insurers in connection with a wide variety of insurance policies, including errors and omissions (E&O) policies issued to attorneys, architects, engineers, real estate agents, insurance brokers, business managers, accountants and other professionals. In addition, Eric represents insurers in connection with general liability, employment practices liability (EPL) and event contingency policies.
Eric's practice encompasses all aspects of insurance coverage, including analysis of coverage for first- and third-party claims, monitoring of underlying litigation and representation of insurers in trial court and on appeal.
Earlier in his career, Eric based his practice in London, where he worked closely with clients in the London insurance market and spent extended time in-house with several Lloyd’s syndicates.
In addition to professional liability and insurance law, Eric’s practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes, including breach-of-contract, negligence and fraud claims.
