Fernando advises clients on international commercial arbitrations and cross-border disputes in a wide range of industries including mining, oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, private equity, and insurance. He primarily focuses on the Latin American market and has represented clients or served as arbitrator in disputes under ICC, ICDR, LCIA, ARBITAC and CAM-CCBC rules.

With prior experience and training in corporate law, he holds a Master of Laws from Northwestern School of Law and a Certificate in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management.

Fernando practices in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French; and currently splits his time between the London, São Paulo and New York offices.
