Her practice includes providing advice on contract interpretation, variation claims, extension of time claims, liability for defects and rectification, superintendent certifications, and legislative compliance. She is also experienced in the preparation of adjudication applications under security of payments legislation, and in Supreme Court interlocutory applications for injunctions to prevent unlawful access to bank guarantees.
Jennifer has over 10 years' experience as a litigation lawyer across a variety of disciplines including building and construction litigation, commercial litigation, insurance litigation, occupational safety and health, and employment litigation.
She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Supreme Court of Western Australia, and the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction WA Chapter Council, and Women in Mining WA.
