Justin is a partner based in the firm's Singapore office and a director of Clasis LLC.

Having lived and worked in key Asia Pacific business and financial centres Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai, Justin's practice focuses on corporate/commercial and projects work across Asia Pacific and South Asian jurisdictions. His corporate practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, multijurisdictional corporate restructuring exercises and general corporate and commercial work. His projects practice covers projects in the energy, infrastructure and chemicals sectors. He also advises major international commodities and energy trading companies on international trade, with a focus on trade finance.

Justin has advised on numerous investments and divestments by multinational corporations in key Asia Pacific jurisdictions, particularly in the petrochemical/industrial, commodities, healthcare/medical and real estate sectors. His clients include Western and other multinational corporations, banks and investment funds, major Japanese trading houses, Chinese SOEs and private enterprises, and South East Asia-based companies (both listed and private) with regional operations. He has also played key roles on multijurisdictional corporate restructuring exercises for major multinational corporations.

Justin has advised on major energy (including renewables), infrastructure and chemicals projects in South East Asia, China, UAE, Brazil, acting for both project sponsors and banks. He advises on all aspects of projects including project financing and bankability, technology licensing and transfer, EPC and project management, land-related issues as well as supply, off-take and tolling arrangements. Justin is also the lead partner in relation to Clyde & Co’s responsibilities as a panel firm advising the Philippines and Vietnam governments on PPP projects.
