In addition, he has also advised on structuring deals and cross-border financing arrangements in the infrastructure and international trade and commodity sectors.

His clients include locally and regionally listed corporations, government-affiliated investment funds, private and state-owned commodities trading houses, and various other SMEs and multinational corporations. His work involves dealing closely with clients to meet their commercial needs and providing a range of general corporate advice and liaising with regulatory authorities.

As part of his general corporate practice, Kai Yong has also advised on various industry specific regulatory compliance issues, business licence requirements and applications, as well as corporate secretarial and employment matters.
