Karen is responsible for the management of a key client relationship within the fraud team and regularly provides training and in-house support to the client. She is also responsible for the supervision of members of the team and is a member of the management team for the fraud department.

Karen also manages a caseload involving staged/contrived accidents, bogus passenger claims, fraud rings and low velocity impact cases which are litigated on the fast and multi-track. She also has experience dealing with fraud ring cases.
