Marina is a member of global health care, insurance and dispute resolution practice groups, servicing the health care and insurance industry in a wide array of dispute and advisory matters. In particular, Marina represents her clients in medical malpractice and general and product liability matters, especially medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Further, with regard to both, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, Marina also advises in all question off accreditation. She is also experienced in medical regulatory and compliance issues such as accreditation of medical practices and branch practices, employment of (further education) physicians and reimbursement approvals. Due to her professional experience, Marina has an in-depth understanding of the processes in medical practices and hospitals. Furthermore, Marina is familiar in drafting of different types of cooperation agreements in the health care sector.
Marina dedicated her doctoral thesis to the topic of organ donation. Marina is a member of the ARGE Medizinrecht and a lecturer at the Hochschule Aalen.
Admitted to the Dusseldorf chamber of lawyers, Marina is admitted to practice in Germany.
