Michaela has experience advising multinational corporations and investors in the finance, telecoms, energy and power sectors on Tanzanian finance, regulatory and general corporate law matters. She is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society, East Africa Law Society and is qualified to practice law in Tanzania.

Michaela was seconded to BG Tanzania for 5 months in 2013 where she took on the role of in-house counsel; she was then seconded to Clyde & Co in London for 3 months in 2014 where she worked on deals with an Africa-focus. Michaela advises both local and international companies with business interests in Tanzania.
