He assists in advising corporations in relation to foreign direct investment (FDI) where he works on facilitating the establishment of foreign companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also assists in matters such as incorporation, corporate restructuring and issues concerning the regulatory regimes within the Kingdom.
Hamad helps advise a range of companies on major corporate transactions in the Kingdom, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, agency termination and replacement, and day-to-day regulatory and administrative compliance. He also advises clients on matters involving employment and labour law. He also advises in disputes related to constrictions, supply and maintenance contracts, liquidation of companies, off market sale of shares and labour disputes and litigated in the said disputes before Saudi competent courts.
He is a Saudi qualified lawyer and a licensed arbitrator from GCC Arbitration Centre.
