Nathalie has provided legal counsel to a variety of actors in the insurance industry for more than 20 years.  She has in-depth knowledge of all facets of the industry, from insurance coverage to product distribution and regulatory compliance.  She understands her clients' operations and helps them bring their business projects to fruition.

Nathalie has extensive experience in providing coverage opinions and advice, with a special focus on professional liability and cyber risks. She also counsels clients on insurance policies and assists with product development, distribution issues, and has undertaken large-scale product line reviews for insurers. She has been advising domestic and foreign insurers at the forefront of developing cyber policies for the Canadian and Quebec markets. She advises insurers and other actors in the insurance sector on federal and provincial licensing, compliance matters and works closely with regulators to ensure her client’s objectives are met.

In addition, Nathalie's experience includes advice to professional firms on mandatory insurance requirements, insurance and risk transfer arrangements, as well as the drafting of Master Service Agreements with their large institutional or corporate clients.

Fluent in both English and French, Nathalie is a frequent speaker on insurance, professional liability, as well as cyber risks and data privacy.
