Nicole has represented a variety of clients, from major insurers and ASX listed corporations to sole practitioners. Nicole advises clients on a range of liability claims. Her broad experience includes defending claims brought against commercial and residential property owners, supermarkets, retail chains, distribution centres, cleaning contractors, fitness organisations, and health practitioners.
Whilst completing her law degree, Nicole also obtained a Bachelor of Medical Science, which allows her to bring valuable knowledge to her personal injury litigation and health law practices. Nicole’s experience in health law spans across professional negligence claims, disciplinary matters, coronial inquests and advising on audits by the Department of Health and private health funds.
Nicole’s commitment to client service, enhanced by her prior experience of working for 3 years at one of Australia’s major insurers, has earned Nicole a reputation as hard working and results focused. The valuable insight Nicole gained while working for a major insurer combined with her experience in private practice means she is able to provide timely and accurate reserving and understands the benefit of achieving early resolution of claims where appropriate.
Her experience has also given Nicole an in-depth understanding of the particularities involved in insurance litigation and the importance of adhering to compliance and service agreements.
