Philippe joined Clyde & Co's Montreal office as an associate in 2015, having previously articled and worked at a national law firm in Montreal. Philippe holds a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Université de Sherbrooke. During his studies, Philippe had the opportunity to work in the export control department for a multinational aviation company as well as for a major lobbying firm in Washington D.C.

Philippe takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to every file, combining his legal experience and background in business management to offer his clients the advantage of a legal advisor who understands the commercial environment and business implications of litigation.

Philippe’s expertise is primarily in commercial and civil litigation matters, with a special interest for insurance law and professional liability. Philippe regularly appears before all levels of court in Quebec, and is also skilled at resolving disputes at the negotiating table.

Philippe is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
