Clyde & Co has advised Mosanada, a leading facilities management company, on its successful conversion into a Qatari public shareholding company and direct listing on the Qatar Stock Exchange.
Mosanada, owned by Aspire Zone Foundation, Qatar Olympic Committee, and Cushman & Wakefield, will officially list on 15 December 2025. This marks a significant milestone for Mosanada and for the Qatari market, as the company continues to expand its role in delivering integrated facilities management services across the region.
Our corporate team in Qatar acted as International Legal Advisor to Mosanada throughout the process, navigating complex regulatory requirements and ensuring a smooth transition to public company status. The transaction was led by partner Elias Matni, supported by Maha Lawson, Samer Saleh, Abubakar Mahmoud, and Fahad Al Salehi.
Elias Matni commented:
This direct listing reflects our commitment to helping clients manage risk and seize opportunities in dynamic markets. By combining deep sector knowledge with commercial insight, we provided advice Mosanada could act on, enabling them to achieve their strategic goals and strengthen their market position.
