Infrastructure and Energy Projects around the world have been impacted by COVID in many significant ways. 


Employers and suppliers alike have been working through processes to protect themselves from the liabilities they face, and have been following contractual or legal processes to notify or deal with potential claims.  While the lion’s share of their focus has been on establishing causes of action, they now need to consider how they establish or test the quantum of those claims.

In this short video, Philip Norman identifies some of the difficulties that parties and their experts may face in evaluating compensation.
