Life beyond COVID-19: The latest developments in the GCC

After 18 months of living with the COVID-19 pandemic, it is clear that across the GCC, and globally, countries are opening up and are adopting new plans to speed up the recovery and resume economic and social activity. As a result, we have witnessed the regulatory framework in every GCC jurisdiction surrounding COVID-19 continuously evolving with new information and requirements being issued regularly.

Whilst there are common trends developing, such as the requirement in some jurisdictions to be vaccinated or have an up to date PCR test to enter public places, each country is issuing their own announcements and requirements, and keeping abreast on the latest developments can be a challenge.
