Our Newcastle office plays a central role in Clyde & Co’s UK-wide network of offices, providing support to clients in a number of areas.
Our teams advise clients in relation to a wide range of litigation and transactional matters and are experts in insurance litigation, professional indemnity, commercial dispute resolution, construction & engineering projects and disputes, shipping contracts and disputes, energy projects, property transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
The industrial disease team has particular expertise regarding asbestos claims, working closely with our colleagues in Scotland to manage claims on both sides of the border.
Our clients include insurers, large corporates, and public sector bodies. Our clients are often required to deal with complex and potentially high cost issues. The teams offer extensive court and transactional experience and cost-effective management.
