Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised the shareholders of National Pipe Company Limited (NPC) on the sale of 100% of their shares in NPC to MAN International Steel Industries Company (MISIC), a wholly owned subsidiary of MAN Industries (India) Limited.
Headquartered in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, NPC is an established manufacturer of large-diameter carbon steel line pipes, supplying major infrastructure, energy, water transmission and industrial projects across the region.
The transaction represents a significant milestone for NPC, enabling a full exit for its shareholders and positioning the business for its next phase of growth under the ownership of a global pipe manufacturing group.
The acquisition forms part of MAN Industries’ international expansion strategy and strengthens its presence in Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure, energy and industrial sectors, in line with the Kingdom’s long-term development agenda.
