Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised Esyasoft Holding Ltd on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Project Corvalis TopCo Limited. Through its subsidiaries, the target indirectly owns 100% of the shares in Correla Limited and the wider Correla group in the United Kingdom.

Dubai, 30 September 2026: Global law firm Clyde & Co was the lead legal advisor to Esyasoft in the acquisition of Correla, a UK-based provider of data, technology and managed services to the energy sector.

This transaction is a significant milestone for Esyasoft. The acquisition supports its growth strategy and strengthens its position as a technology and services partner to the utilities sector by combining Correla's expertise in data, technology and managed services for the UK energy market with Esyasoft's engineering, digital and technology capabilities.
 
Clyde & Co provided comprehensive legal support across all legal matters including due diligence, transaction document review, share purchase agreement negotiations, W&I policy review, and regulatory approvals and merger control / FDI reviews, ensuring a seamless process for Esyasoft.
 
The deal was led by Corporate Partner Roshanak Bassiri Gharb in Dubai, with Partner Sameh Dahroug assisting, supported by Associate Mohamed ElHossamy, and a core team of M&A lawyers based in the Middle East.
