Alanoud has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the aviation, education, energy and natural resources, healthcare, infrastructure, insurance, retail and consumer, real estate, and technology sectors.

Alanoud is a licensed lawyer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Prince Sultan University, Riyadh, KSA in 2020. 

Prior to joining the firm, Alanoud completed a cooperative education program with the Saudi Tourism Authority in their legal affairs department. 

Alanoud is fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Advising Informa Middle East Limited (Informa) on the sale of a stake in its subsidiary, Tahaluf Events Limited to the Events Investment Fund (EIF) and Union Company For Exhibitions and Conferences (owned by Saudi Federation for Cyber Security, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP)), to create a strategic joint venture (JV). The JV supports the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 of diversifying the economy.
  • Advising Arabian Contracting Services Company (Al Arabia) on its SAR 1.05 billion acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Faden Media and Advertising Company (Faden Media).
  • Advising on the incorporation of the first entity in the Integrated Logistics Bonded Zone.
  • Advising a GCC company in relation to an acquisition in a closed joint stock company.
  • Advising Arabian Contracting Services Company (Al Arabia), a Saudi listed company, on its SAR 1.05 billion acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Faden Media and Advertising Company (Faden Media). The transaction represents an extension of Al Arabia’s growth strategy, forming profitable local and regional partnerships to maintain its market-leading position.
  • Advising Shrimp Nation, a leading homegrown Saudi dining brand, and one of the fastest-growing seafood restaurant concepts in the Middle East, on its strategic partnership with private equity firm Olive Rock Partners (“Olive Rock”), marking a major milestone in its growth strategy. Olive Rock has acquired a 30% stake in the business, setting the stage for significant regional and global expansion.
