Christian is a partner of our associated office in Chile, based in Santiago. - Instructed by Clinical L as Condes S.A. in 2020 to advise on a general action plan as part of a collective claim of constitutional rights breach by the union (over 15000 employees) regarding health and safety obligations in the frame of Covdi 19. The fulfilment of precautionary measures by the court, that implied the shipment to their homes, with payment of re-payments, of nearly 1000 workers is prevented. Ongoing.
