Emily is a Legal Director in the commercial real estate team and advises on a wide range of transactions, including corporate and asset sales and acquisitions, development projects, and landlord and tenant work, with a particular focus on data centres, technology, and the logistics sector. Emily’s clients range from private capital, large industrial, retail and institutional investors and corporate occupiers.
