Ethel has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law and specialises in corporate structuring, risk management, and corporate secretarial services. Ethel has also provided guidance on regulatory frameworks, shareholder agreements, and governance best practices to enhance legal compliance and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Legal Ink, Ethel worked as a Pupil in the Office of Attorney General, Ghana. She attended the University of Ghana for her LLB and proceeded to the Ghana School of Law where she was called to the bar in 2021.
