Florian is a Senior Associate in our Dusseldorf Office. He joined Clyde & Co in 2026 focusing on IT law, mainly IT contracting, and related areas of law.
In particular, he supports clients in conducting contract negotiations for IT projects such as complex digitalization projects and outsourcing arrangements, often in a regulatory context, and in maintaining software licenses and standard contract documentation such as general terms and conditions. His expertise further includes related areas of law such as cyber security, artificial intelligence and telecommunications.
Before joining Clyde & Co, he worked at an international law firm where he advised national and international clients on all kinds of IT-related matters.
Experience
- Supporting national and international companies on negotiations for the implementation of firm-wide IT solutions
- Advising clients on compliance with IT-related regulatory requirements, in particular in the finance and insurance sector
- Guiding international IT service providers during their market entry in Europe
- Conducting AI compliance projects to ensure client's adherence to applicable regulations
- Assisting clients with contract life-cycle management by drafting and negotiating amendment agreements
