Gabriel Archambault was called to the Quebec Bar in 2012 and joined Clyde & Co in late 2015 after beginning his career at a competing law firm.
His practice focuses on insurance law, civil and professional liability litigation as well as commercial litigation. He has widespread experience in product liability files, personal injury defense, construction law and professional liability. He also has also handled various subrogation actions including recovery for losses arising out of water damage to property, defective products, faulty workmanship and construction defects, as well as aviation accidents. He is also experienced in Directors' and Officers' liability issues, oppression remedies and shareholder disagreements.
Gabriel has worked with domestic insurers as well as Lloyds in a wide variety of cases and continues to do so today on a daily basis. He also has experience with insurance fraud cases, in automobile and commercial matters, as well as coverage issues involving different types of insurance matters and policies.
Gabriel is quickly becoming a seasoned litigator with experience successfully pleading various motions and trials before the Court of Quebec, the Quebec Superior Court and the Quebec Court of Appeal.
Gabriel also holds an Honors Degree in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa (2011).
Gabriel is fluent in both French and English.
