Gabriella Ahles focuses her practice on insurance coverage, extra-contractual litigation, and appellate advocacy. Licensed in Arizona and Colorado, Gabriella is a skilled legal writer with experience analyzing complex coverage issues and litigating disputes on behalf of carriers.

Gabriella works closely with insurers to evaluate coverage obligations under a wide range of policy forms and advises clients on coverage issues arising from complex factual and legal circumstances. She also represents insurers in extra-contractual matters, including allegations of bad faith, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unfair claims handling, and related statutory and common law claims.

Gabriella earned her Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Bar Association’s Journal Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science and Technology. During law school, she was inducted into The Order of Barristers in recognition of her excellence in oral advocacy, received a Dean's Award for Outstanding Performance at ASU Law, and earned the Highest Pro Bono Distinction. She also completed three certificate programs: Trial Advocacy; Health Law; and Law, Science and Technology.
