Iman is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Hong Kong office with experience acting for financiers, airlines and lessors on a variety of transactions including financing matters, leasing transactions, novations and sale and purchase agreements. Iman qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in August 2024 and relocated to the Hong Kong office in May 2026.

- Advising Air India and Vistara on their merger to create India’s largest international carrier and assisting on the transfer of the leased fleet of aircraft and engines.
- Advising a Turkish airline on ECA-backed French tax financings of Boeing aircraft.
- Advising a French airline on the JOLCO financing of two Airbus aircraft.
- Advising an alternative debt fund on the financings of portfolios of aircraft, engines and APUs.
- Acting for an asset manager on the sale and novations of twelve aircraft to four different buyers
