Jonathan's cases include a mix of Disease and Equality Act claims. He also defends clients in claims concerning alleged defamation. As well as defending claims Jonathan regularly advises both his insurer and corporate clients in relation to risk management and claims prevention.
He has a particular specialism in defending discrimination claims in the goods and services sector and as well as insurers he acts for national retailers and hotels. Jonathan works with clients to manage claims, finding practical and cost effective ways of resolving litigation in order to protect against reputational damage.
In disease claims Jonathan has a particular interest in claims arising out of exposure to asbestos, food poisoning, work related upper limb disorders, silicosis, NIHL and asthma claims.
Jonathan is a regular speaker at seminars, addressing all aspects of Equality Act and Disease claims.
