Natthaya is an associate in Clyde & Co’s Bangkok office, focusing on shipping, marine and commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a Bangkok-based law firm, where she represented clients in shipping and commercial litigation before Thai courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings administered by the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) and SIAC.
In addition to litigation, she has experience drafting and reviewing international coal sales and purchase agreements and other commercial contracts. She has also advised clients on a wide range of issues relating to contractual rights and obligations under Thai law. Her experience includes acting for shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, and coal trading companies operating in Thailand.
