Pierre advises on privacy issues, data protection compliance, cyberattack response and IP/IT queries with a special interest in new technologies.
In order to propose optimal and relevant legal strategies with regard to client objectives, he works in close collaboration with the business and operational team as well as with the legal, innovation and IT departments.
His practice encompasses advice, pre-litigation and litigation in IP / IT / Data. He offers to assist his clients at all stages of development of a digital project, from the protection and security phase, to the exploitation phase and finally the consolidation phase.
Pierre is a Lawyer at the Paris Bar (admitted in 2016) and has a Master 2 in Health Law and in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Prior to joining the Clyde & Co team in June 2019, Pierre had some experience in data protection, including in-house work at ADP (Payroll service provider) as EMEA privacy manager and in Lexing Alain Bensoussan law firm.
