Rebecca is an Associate in the Healthcare Department based in the Manchester office. Rebecca has a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters on behalf of NHS Resolution and various insurers acting for NHS Trusts, GPs and private medical and dental practitioners. Rebecca also handles novel claims of alleged unlawful discrimination under the Equality Act 2010.

Rebecca initially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in 2022 and cross qualified as a Solicitor in 2024. She has over 8 years’ experience working in Defendant insurance litigation

Prior to joining Clyde & Co in January 2025, Rebecca spent six years at another leading Defendant firm acting for a variety of insurers in respect of medical malpractice, employers’ liability, and public liability claims.
