Zeeshan is a junior associate in the employment team, with experience assisting financial services clients on a range of Employment Tribunal claims. He supports both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, working with clients on case preparation, procedural issues and employment risk.

He has experience supporting workplace investigations and culture reviews, including work for international institutions and corporate clients. His work includes assisting on sensitive employee relations matters and internal processes.

Zeeshan has also advised on cross‑border employment issues, assisting multinational organisations with employment compliance and workforce matters across multiple jurisdictions.

He has experience advising on UAE employment law, having completed a secondment in the region. During this time, he assisted with drafting employment contracts, policies and termination documentation, and supported clients on local labour law requirements.

He joined Clyde & Co in March 2026, having qualified at an international law firm in London.
