Anousheh regularly works with departments across the firm in order to provide clients with combined sector and legal expertise.
Anousheh has specific experience advising FCA regulated companies and international trading companies on compliance with sanctions, money laundering and bribery and corruption issues and regulatory issues. Her regulatory practice includes conducting and assisting with internal and external (including SFO and FCA) investigations, drafting disclosures to and liaising with the relevant authorities, drafting compliance policies, and advising on proposed transactions to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory framework.
Anousheh also has significant experience conducting and advising on investigations into professional misconduct in a variety of sectors, including regulated sectors, and often works with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with sector and legal expertise. She also conducts client training programmes on compliance issues.

Representing defending individuals and entities in multiple investigations and prosecutions of the serious fraud office
Conducting internal investigations of multinational and domestic corporate entities to identify instances of bribery, fraud and sanctions breaches
Representing clients in FCA enforcement investigations
Defending clients in a private prosecution
Conducting internal investigations into allegations of professional misconduct and advising corporate entities and invidividuals in cases of professional (regulatory) misconduct and criminal misconduct
Drafting and implementing compliance policies and training for companies in a range of industries, including property, trading and financial services
Advisory work in respect of sanctions, AML, POCA and professional regulatory concerns
