Full Profile

Benjamin Bednarek is a member of our Aviation Liability practice group and supports clients as they manage high-value and complex disputes. Benjamin works closely with clients from the outset, guiding them through intake, early assessment, and the core decisions that shape strategy. His approach is practical and commercially grounded, helping clients navigate risk with confidence.

Benjamin has experience across all stages of complex commercial litigation and business divorce matters. He prepares pleadings and motions, including applications for preliminary injunction, orders to show cause, and motions for summary judgment. He brings a clear view of the issues that matter and focuses on the steps that move a case forward.

Previously Benjamin led arbitration in a complex limited liability company membership dispute, negotiated a favorable settlement for the purchase of the remaining membership interest, successfully moved to modify the agreement, and managed the matter through closing. He has also argued motions to dismiss, a civil contempt order, and a motion to enforce a judgment in a related consolidated case.

Benjamin conducts and defends depositions of key witnesses and ensures each stage of the dispute process is aligned with the client’s commercial objectives.
