Camille is an associate in Clyde & Co’s Toronto office. She has broad experience in all facets of risk management and dispute resolution. Camille’s practice encompasses a wide range of commercial disputes with a focus on projects and construction litigation and professional liability.  

She has represented clients in all levels of Court in Ontario, and in both domestic and international arbitrations. With enthusiasm and creativity, Camille helps clients navigate the risks and nuances of litigation and dispute resolution in and outside of court.

Camille is bilingual and regularly works with clients in French.

  • bringing an urgent injunction motion and successfully recovered misappropriated funds routed a large Canadian bank as a result of a cyber fraud;
  • representing and advising condo developers and construction project owners in a series of disputes arising from the development of condos in Ontario;
  • representing directors of a Canadian corporation with an international presence in an oppression action; 
  • representing a national sports organization in a discrimination application at the HRTO to the Divisional Court and beyond;
  • defending a large police services board in a negligent investigation and unlawful arrest at trial;
  • advising a multi-national engineering firm in a matter involving a multi-million-dollar construction delay dispute;
  • advising a multi-national company in the LRT industry relating to frustration of contract issues, contract termination, damage mitigation strategies, and construction delays;
  • acting for a general contractor in a dispute commenced by a large Canadian public entity in the healthcare industry regarding construction deficiencies;
  • acting for a crown corporation in an international arbitration in the context of a political risk insurance coverage dispute.
