Jaime L. Birch

Jaime L. Birch is a member of Clyde & Co’s Trial & Defense practice group. Jaime focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on aviation, general liability, and product liability matters. Jaime has represented major airline carriers, aviation manufacturers, and insured entities in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, negligence, sexual assault claims, and product liability. 

Prior to her civil litigation practice, Jaime gained significant courtroom experience as a criminal defense attorney, where she managed a high-volume caseload of more than 190 active matters. While at Gonzaga University School of Law, she spent a summer studying abroad in Florence, Italy, focusing on international law and women’s rights. During her undergraduate studies, Jaime studied abroad for a year at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland, focusing on psychology.
