Full Profile
Jason E. Boone focuses his practice on defending high-exposure liability matters for insurers and corporate clients, with an emphasis on early case assessment, disciplined strategy, and trial-ready execution. Jason handles cases from initial investigation through discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial, prioritizing practical outcomes that control risk, contain costs, and protect client reputations.
Jason has significant experience litigating premises liability, automobile negligence, property-related claims, and uninsured/underinsured motorist matters in both state and federal courts. He has tried cases and arbitrations across multiple jurisdictions, including matters involving contested liability and complex damages. His courtroom experience includes achieving defense verdicts in premises and automobile matters and limiting exposure in admitted-liability cases through focused causation and damages themes. He also regularly pursues targeted motion practice to narrow issues and position matters for efficient resolution.
In addition to liability litigation, Jason's background in cybersecurity and business law informs his approach to risk evaluation and client counseling, particularly where operational realities and emerging risks intersect with litigation strategy.
