Jessica Bertino is a member of the Trial & Defense Group, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. A trial-trained attorney with experience litigating high-exposure matters, Jessica brings a strategic approach to navigating complex disputes. 

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Jessica practiced at a prominent Chicago-based trial and defense firm, where she represented and defended hospital systems, medical groups, corporate clients, and healthcare providers through all phases of high-exposure litigation. Her practice has included medical malpractice, healthcare law, behavioral healthcare, correctional healthcare, products liability, and commercial liability.
