Lauren advises on a wide range of transactional property matters, including the sale and purchase of high value office and industrial properties; landlord and tenant matters for well-known retails and financing commercial, development and residential properties (acting for both lenders and borrowers) across London and the rest of England and Wales.
She has experience in dealing with tenancy agreements for serviced apartments. She has acted for private sector schools and universities.
Experience
- Acting for a challenger bank in respect of a loan of £8 million secured against 59 residential properties which included sample due diligence and working with a portfolio indemnity insurance provider
- Acting for a lender in respect of security with multiple obligors secured against a portfolio of residential properties
- Negotiating leases for well-known retailers in high street and shopping centre locations
- Acting on the acquisition, development agreement and funding of an industrial site in Bristol
- Acting for the landlord on the on-going management of a shopping centre in Leicester
