Rachel is a Senior Associate in the Manchester office who qualified in 2012 and joined the firm at the point of the merger with BLM in July 2022. She specialises in defending clinical negligence claims involving treatment provided by a variety of clinicians and organisations such as nursing practitioners, doctors, dentists, optical providers and residential care providers. Rachel has expertise in handling complex, multi-party claims involving challenging issues of causation and apportionment. She also advises on policy coverage and indemnity issues.
