Rachel Bassett serves as coverage counsel for domestic and international property and casualty insurance companies. Rachel’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex coverage disputes, including matters involving third-party general liability coverage, first-party property, excess liability, bad faith, sexual abuse, malicious prosecution, pollution, public entity, professional liability, and biometric privacy/cyber.

Rachel has vast experience resolving coverage disputes in pre-suit, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Rachel worked as a technical claim manager for a specialty insurance carrier and as litigation and coverage counsel for a national law firm.
