Shivani Bahl

Shivani Bahl is a member of Clyde & Co’s Trial & Defense team, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including personal injury, transportation, premises liability, and other insurance-related matters, in both state and federal courts. Shivani also serves as coverage counsel, advising insurers in complex insurance disputes. 

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Shivani worked at numerous Chicago-based defense firms where her practice concentrated on first- and third-party matters dealing with catastrophic injuries, construction negligence, trucking, premises liability, and property damage.
