Teresa advises insurers on coverage and disputes across directors' and officers' (D&O), financial institutions and transactional risks insurance. She has experience handling complex claims involving shareholder litigation, regulatory investigations, insolvency-related disputes and professional indemnity exposures.
Her practice has an international focus, with underlying disputes and investigations spanning the United Kingdom, the United States, Israel and a number of offshore jurisdictions. She regularly assists with multi-jurisdictional shareholder and securities litigation and works closely with overseas counsel on coverage and liability issues.
Teresa advises on a broad range of policy coverage matters, including allegations of director misconduct, corporate governance issues, conduct exclusions, non-disclosure, the duty of fair presentation and defence costs. She is also increasingly involved in transactional risk matters, including warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance.
Prior to qualification, Teresa completed a six-month secondment with the legal counsel team of a global insurer, advising on commercial, regulatory and insurance-related matters.
She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2026.
