Colsen Centner focuses his practice on insurance coverage and related litigation. He represents insurers in coverage disputes in both state and federal courts. In addition to his litigation work, he regularly advises clients on policy interpretation, claims handling practices, and bad faith issues.
During law school, Colsen was a member of the editorial board for the International and Comparative Law Review, where his student note, “Leveling the Playing Field: Navigating the ‘Name, Image and Likeness’ Rules for International Student Athletes in the United States,” was published.
